Shakelle starting training at Larieann’s Salt City Stars in West Jordan, Utah. She trained in all styles of dance including jazz, ballet, hip hop, lyrical and contemporary. Shakelle was a member of the Nationally ranked Utah Valley University Dance Team while attending UVU. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She served as Miss Riverton, Miss Rocky Mountain, and Miss Pioneer Valley giving her opportunity to compete for the title of Miss Utah three times. She placed in top 7 and was awarded numerous talent and fitness awards.
