Jacy Mortenson

Jacy began dancing at the age of three. She trained in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Clogging, Ballroom and Gymnastics. During high school, Jacy was a sophomore cheerleader and a varsity cheerleader both her junior and senior years. She attended the University of Utah on a full ride cheerleading scholarship graduating with a double major in Family Human Development and Sociology with a Criminology certificate. Jacy has taught Jazz, Tumbling and Lyrical dance at several studios throughout the valley and was the cheerleading coach at Granger High School for five years. She has been a guest choreographer for many high schools throughout the state. Rocky Mountain Dance is excited to have Jacy teaching both Jazz and Tumbling this year.
