Andrea trained under Trisha Wilstead for four years. She received a full scholarship in ballet to the College of Eastern Utah where she was also chosen a member of the dance team. She performed with Ballet Rep Ensemble where she had the opportunity of performing in such roles as Snow Queen, Sugar Plum and Black Swan. Andrea later attended the University of Utah where she also received a full dance scholarship and served as Vice-President for the Crimson Line. Andrea had the wonderful opportunity of being chosen to perform in the closing ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics. She was an instructor for Utah-Idaho Collegiate Cheer and Dance Camps for 3 years and was a guest teacher for the College of Southern Idaho Summer camp scholarship auditions.
